One and a 1/2 weeks

I’ve fallen off the wagon…or is it “I’m on the wagon?” In either case, I have succumbed once again to laziness and have stopped doing push ups for the past week and a half or so. While I have been doing other things that have kept me busy, such as packing, moving, unpacking, driving like crazy, painting, I will accept no excuses for myself. I’ve definitely noticed more flabbiness and gainage of pounds (about 4) since I’ve stopped pushing up regularly.

Today, therefore, I am restarting my push ups. I’m continuing with the 100 push up schedule at week 5.

Onwards and upwards…
