Keep Up Your Push Ups

Through the holidays, it becomes even more important to keep up with your push ups. With all the cookies and cakes and candycanes, you will likely gain at least 5 pounds if you don’t increase your movement, or at least keep it constant.

Something easy you can try is to do 2 minutes of push ups every day through the 12 days of Christmas (and New Year’s). Even though we’re all busy traveling around and eating, we all have 2 minutes we can spend to keep ourselves in shape.

So if you’ve a little bit of downtime, get on the ground and do some push ups. If you’ve got the push up handles, now would be the time to get ‘em out and use them.
