The Comeback

A coworker remarked to me, “Man, you look like you work out.” And I thought to myself - yea, my arms do look good, but are really much less tone than they were before. And it dawned on me - it’s because I’ve stopped doing my push ups regularly.

As in poker, as in life, so in push ups - consistency is key.

So due to a little bit of flattery, I have resumed my push ups. I picked up where I left off - at week 5 in the “100 push up” schedule.

Yeah, baby, YEAH!
